Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The online booking link can be used to reschedule/cancel appointments OR you may contact us at kozaesthetics@gmail.com or +1(246)233-1665. Late arrivals could result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to provide the full service. In the event we are unable to perform the full service in the timeframe provided, you will kindly be asked to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will require a deposit to be paid in order to secure any future appointments. A no-call no-show incurs a fee of 50% of the service price and is due at your next scheduled appointment. This fee is not included in the service price of future appointments scheduled and must be paid separately. If feeling unwell or having symptoms of flu/cough/fever, kindly notify us as soon as possible so that we may reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service.
